“I ordered a pack of these boxers, and the website froze. I waited fifteen minutes and did not get a confirmation email. So I went ahead and placed another order. I then noticed I got two confirmation emails, so I immediately emailed support who took two days to respond, at which point, they told me the orders had already shipped and they could not cancel one. This company does not accept returns. Responses have been slow, and I have yet to see any resolution.”
