“Bought during a BOGO sale. When I added the "free" pair to the cart, it charged, even to the checkout point. I ended up removing the "free" pair, and never got a second pair. Knotty's response via customer service? If I buy 3+ more, they'll remove the charge on 1 of those pairs. WTF? I have to buy more, to get the freebie I should have received in the first place. Knotty should either fix the BOGO, or just send me another mystery pair of boxers. At this point, they've lost a customer, and I will no longer recommend the to my friends.”
