“This one's for the folks with acrylic nails! Proceed with caution! Okay, I hate writing bad reviews. This is just a more subjective experience. I bought these shorts (they are so cute, and SO comfortable) about a month ago. The thing is I've been wearing almond-shaped acrylics, and one day as I'm adjusting my shorts I feel my nail rip through the fabric. The thing with the material is it's incredibly soft and breathable, which I do love. It's just extremely disappointing that the fabric isn't very strong. I didn't really apply much pressure, so it was a huge disappointment to have this hole right away. That being said this isn't my only pair, the other one is holding up fine, but I would warn anyone who has long nails to be oh so careful handling these shorts! Again, love the cut and comfort- I was really disappointed by the strength of the fabric.”
