“I love the feel of the boxers, but two of the pairs (the patterned ones) roll up really bad on my thighs, both by themselves and under clothes. They fit my belly, butt, and hips JUST right, so I know I got the right size. I think I need just pairs that have a longer inseam.”
“This is the second time I've had issues with Knotty boxers. I am 5'6" and 160 lbs with a 32 inch waist. It was crazy to me that I was an XL in their size guide when they use so many plus size models, so when the new sizing dropped and I was suddenly a Medium, I was excited for everyone. However, what was sent to me does not accurately represent what was listed on the website. I bought 6 pairs of boxers after checking and rechecking the sizing guides to be sure, and every single pair that came was a 26 inch waist, not even close to 30-32 like the site listed. I'm beyond frustrated and disappointed, not only because I love supporting small businesses, but because I wait weeks for my orders to arrive and this just means another huge step back in size inclusivity. Like seriously. If I'm truly an XL by your standards, all of your photos lie. Which makes me believe this is just a "body positivity cash grab" and not an actual product that cares about its audience at all. I can't even wear these without them cutting way into my gut, so it's a total waste of money.”
“If I could get it a zero, I would, because I still have not received any of this order, as well as I have not received the correct items from my previous order. All I have received is an automatically generated pre-shipping tracking number that is not even valid with a USPS. Through all the emails I have been given numerous different excuses, and lies about my order, where it’s located, and then it’s been shipped, and I still have received nothing. And that’s not even to mention the quality of the items that I had received a different order upon washing the boxers in cold, water and gentle and then hanging the items to dry all three pair shrunk. I know my review will not make a difference if it’s ever posted but I would not recommend this company to a homeless person.”
