“I have been an on again off again customer of naughty knickers since 2019. I only stopped my subscription when I have accumulated too many panties. The last time I reactivated my account I became extremely disappointed in the quality of the underwear being sent out. Regularly there are loose threads they tear within a few washes and when ordering a sugar and spice pack I was supposed to be getting multiple styles of underwear not just thongs and g-strings. I have had the underwear stain my skin from the dye and no concern for my health when I explained to them that I had to sit in them for over 8 hours at work while it was staining my nether regions. Yes they did replace the underwear which was great but otherwise there is no actual concern for my health or how it could affect my health. I will be looking for a new company as it seems this one's quality does not seem to stand up like it used to”
“I kept seeing ads for these underwear, I haven't splurged on myself in awhile so I decided to get the monthly mix of undies. I am so happy! the material is soft and breathable, they are so comfy I don't even know I'm wearing underwear. The patterns and variety I get is great. It's a surprise every time and so far I've loved them all. The only unfortunate part is that you can only select one size for all types of underwear. Is there a way to customize what size I need for different styles? Some of them haven't fit because of my body type and the size of my underwear changes in size depending on the style. Other than that, I am super happy with the service and the product and I am looking forward to getting my next package ☺️ giving myself a cute inexpensive present is the confidence boost I've needed.

“I have been subscribed with Knotty for i think 3 or 4 years now?! I have always loved receiving a new set of undies every month. Its also easy to connect with customer service when i need to change sizes. Never really had any issues with size, material or kind of undies i get. The only thing i would suggest is to find a better garter that would retain its shape specially those ones with the thick bands. Other than that, ive never had issues.”
