“Honestly I want to love this brand i’ve ordered your products and have now been subscribed for I believe a year or so. Honestly your subscription panties are poor quality and not very wearable. The stitching is usually pretty janky and I constantly notice loose threads even before wearing and then even the designs you send out some of them are wacky, I know that everyone’s got different style but some of the pairs i’ve received from you are extremely uncomfortable due to the odd extra straps, or weird placement of lace and especially the random cut outs, for a body positive company surely you can understand how the constant costume like panties are clearly not convenient nor comfortable for day wear I love a fun cheeky thong or lace detailing all of that but I think the execution is missing the mark. Which makes them to me a waste of money. Every once in a while I will get a pair that is decently cute and properly fitted to a human body but even then i just find the quality is poor. I love your other products and I love the idea of this subscription though unfortunately I think i have just had enough disappointment and will be ending my subscription. I hope that my feedback is understood. I am in no means turning a table, I hope that with growth I can renew. I love the idea behind your company and this subscription and would love to rejoin in future.”
