“Will not spend my money at this company again. When my package was late they deflected instead of trying to investigate the whereabouts of my package. They told me to go look at my local Canada list, even though the tracking number was stuck in “shipping label created”, “item delayed”. Then when I finally got the package about a month after I placed the order, from a city about two hours from their distribution centre, it was missing an item and they wanted a picture of my order. I gave up with their slow and unhelpful customer service department and decided to refuse spending my hard earned money at this business.”
