“I ordered these in a larger order and they told me 15 days after my order that they were out of stock in my size and instead of a refund they gave me store credit that when I tried to use on another pair it upped the shipping so I honestly didn’t even need the store credit in the first place and would’ve been much happier with a refund.”
“I ordered these in a larger order then was notified 15 days later that it was out of stock in my size and instead of a refund they gave me store credit which I tried to use on something else and it took the price off it and upped the shipping so I would’ve just been happier with a refund and I also never received the rest of my package and was just emailed recently asking to review things I never received I will probably never ever order from knotty again considering they can’t update their app enough to show when sizes are gone and they can’t give refunds to me for god knows why.”
