“First, Dayna is AWESOME! She emailed me proofs for adjustments and kept me up-to-date with my order. Second, I love my custom tie creation she made from an email photo of a well known high end clothier, which looks identical. I have a plethora of ties, perhaps way more than I should, but it hangs among my “BEST” ties. Third, the quality is unreal. The polyester looks and feels like that of silk, amazing! Last, but certainly not least, I am grateful that you took the time to custom make a single tie just for me! Now that’s service and I already have Dayna working on a second tie, with a third on the way in the future. I am very satisfied with my Knotty tie purchase and shopping experience.”
