“Website setup was good, I would have felt more comfortable with some templates to start from rather than taking a shot in the dark. I purposely went simpler than I originally intended because it is difficult to put to words what I had in my head. My designer was very professional and attentive, she was A grade hands down. I was a bit disappointed that there was only one type of fabric (polyester) available. I ordered one tie and a pocket square which together came to about $85. The quality of the tie was good, handmade (bonus!), but the quality of the material causes the tip of the tie to curl a bit. It's not a serious problem (a couple swipes with a warm iron fixes it) but one I would not have to deal with if it was made of a different material, like cotton. Overall it was a fine experience, a bit pricey but acceptable. I would buy again if there were tie templates available (maybe there are and I just didn't see them) and more materials available. Other than that, I enjoyed the experience.”
