“I had a custom tie designed and made. The whole process was very easy; the Knotty Tie team was helpful and responsive. The order arrived quicker than quoted, and was overall of good quality. My only complaint is that the colors were not as vibrant as what I expected. Although they were true to the preview image they provided, they were much more muted than my original image.”
