“I sent a photo in a text message because I don't know how to drag it onto here, but there was a problem with the bag inside the box. I can't return it because I accidentally pierced the bag when trying to remove the glue. I am happy with the product itself but because of what I did trying to free the bag from the spout, I cannot use it properly. The loo pellets are better than I expected”

I have contacted Koh help line and seem to be getting no where will now cancel order & ask for refund
