“I love using the Koh bottle but last night it wasn't spraying very well and then stopped altogether. When I opened the bottle up I noticed the plastic tube had detached and had expanded so it became to big to reattach to the correct space. The bottle now cannot be used which I am disappointed about as I have only had it for a few weeks. Otherwise I really liked the bottle.”
“I bought two of these and one works perfectly but the other stopped pumping after just a few uses. After contacting Koh, I was advised on what might fix the problem but that didn't work so I was told to buy another, which I don't want to do if they are this unreliable! I am going to use an old bottle from another product. Shame as I've been super impressed with everything else I have purchased.”
