Hi Bianca, we have seen some amazing results with cleaning ovens using the Koh Universal Cleaner. It can be used on the oven doors, walls, trays, racks etc.
The Universal Cleaner will help to remove oily residue build-ups in your oven, however, it isn't an aggressive enough cleaning solution to burn away baked/charred-in fats/grease. In these cases, we recommend using our diamond sponge to assist. This should always be dampened well with the Universal Cleaner prior to use and it's important to do a small spot test first to avoid any microabrasions.
