“This was a replacements atomiser for the original one I bought whem Koh first started delivering in UK.
The new atomiser is superior in two ways. First, the 360 action is exactly what you need to clean everywhere, and second, the quality of the plastic bottle is so much better. If I have to use plastic, I at least want it to last, and this looks as though it will go on for many years. Here's hoping

“I contact a very helpful agent and explained I didn't have my koh very long and I loved the product but the atomiser wasn't working. He explained how to rectify it however to no avail . Then he kindly said I should receive a replacement.
