“Koh replaced the original Atomisers(x2) after they fell to pieces after a few days use unfortunately we have had the same experience with the replacement Atomisers.
For the price and the cost of the delivery fee I would have been better off going to Bunnings.
Attached is a picture of one of the new Atomisers after 3 days use.
I really do appreciate the customer service from Koh for replacing the original Atomisers, Koh really needs to have a discussion with their supplier about rectifying this problem.
The Koh product is making the tube inside the Atomiser expand and the tube does not stay connected to the spray gun on the Atomiser.

“Ordering something online based on what the www tells me is frankly a little nerve wracking. Our oven really needed a good scrub though. Also, I really don't like smelly cleaning products, or harsh chemicals. The eco credentials, and the fact that it's save for the whole family including pets, made me follow the ads and give Koh a try. Well, our oven is sparkling now and I didn't even need elbow grease. It was so easy. I love the spray and the instructions and how it's worked so far. Maybe not all things online are a scam after all :) I'm certainly glad I 'fell' for the Koh ads!”
