“I had to purchase the new atomiser after my initial one started to have issues. Unfortunately Koh would not cover this under warranty and the initial design had a design flaw with the internal bladder not allowing enough liquid in the bottle. The new design appears to overcome this issue it as they have removed this bladder all together. It was just a shame i needed to purchase another one to overcome a design flaw in the original bottle.
Would rate a lot higher if i had a better experience with customer service trying to overcome this issue with the original atomiser.”
