“This sounds great on paper, looks great - but I cannot open it! I have watched the You Tube video demonstrating how to open it, but unfortunately I am not a strapping young man with big hands. I am a 75 year old female with arthritic hands! I live alone and am in lockdown so there are no beefy men in sight to help me open it. Right now my right palm is red and sore as I have been pushing down on the top as instructed but to no avail. As I have bought the starter kit I shall have to wait until this whole virus has gone away before I can get it open and start using it. Really disappointed and not at all impressed!!!”
