“The bottles work brilliantly for about an hours use then the tube slips off the atomiser unit and they’re useless. This has happened 3 times. I love the Koh universal cleaner and now use it in a standard spray bottle. FYI the same thing has now happened to the bottle in the floor cleaner. I hope you can fix this - particularly the floor cleaner as it’s hard spraying with a spray bottle as you go”

“This was kindly sent as a free of charge replacement for an old style spray bottle (wrongly supplied in a starter bundle). The 360 atomisers are much better and spray in any direction.”
