“I do love this mop. It is simple, and it works. But in the first year the bottle cracked (replaced free of charge), and then in the second year the mop itself cracked and started leaking, and I had to buy a replacement. I have a cleaner uses the mop once a week, and I just thought it would last a little bit better.”

“Such an easy mop to use as a whole floor cleaner, or as a spot mop as I have a furry four legged boy who brings in dirt and dust from outside, and as he is only 9 months, still pees a little when we come home as he gets so excited. The Koh mop is always ready on hand.”

“Although the spray mop is very good in what it does and the Velcro attachments work well. The design is totally flawed and has issues that koh seem to know yet don't change it. 2 days after having the mop it started leaking excessively obviously wasting a lot of the solution. I messaged koh and although the customer service and responses were top notch, they knew exactly what the problem was. There is a silicone cap inside where the bottle inserts and they asked if it had come off, which it had and all I needed to do was put it back on. What they neglect to tell you is it's absolutely microscopic and you need tweezers to do it which resulted in just pure pain in the neck hours of trying to get a cap on. Koh also have videos of this to send you to show you how to do it which begs the question why they don't just change the design. This is obviously a common issue as they have stacks of stuff to show you how to solve it. I just personally think this is a ridiculous design feature for what should be a top range mop. Everything else about the mop is excellent but I have to give it 1star for that feature I'm afraid. It's absolutely stupid probably going to happen more times, I would expect something like this buying off wish not koh. Pretty disappointed.”
