“I love this mop when it's in use, however the handle has just broken. In addition, I found the refill bottle very hard to get out and click back in without a lot of force...and have pinched my thumb in the process more than once. Koh team - it could do with a redesign/better materials...”

“Absolutely love everything about this brand - changed my cleaning habits. BUT I would say, don't bother getting the mop.
The plastic container that the solution sits in leaks. It appears the solution corrodes the plastic. I had it leak all through my cupboard. I have to leave it empty when I put it away and when I fill it up to use, need to do so over a sink as it instantly starts leaking.
Get the other products, don't bother with the mop.”
