“My parents got our Koh cleaning pad for Christmas as we has just brought our first home. The mop broke 2 months after use. Contacted Koh, they replaced the whole mop... So mops are now just filling up landfill. Then got the second mop and it broke after 3 months. Walked in the laundry where it hangs up and it's leaking everywhere. The silicone cap is on and it's leaking from the side and the reusable pads is drenched. Just looked up a bunch of reviews and this is a pretty normal thing. Don't buy this product. Must pay influences alot to promote product.
Emailed customer service both times and they said I could only have a credit as it's a gift and I said well refund my mum then so she can give my Christmas present money to me. They then said you've had the mop for 7 months (date of purchase.. my mum got as a gift to give) so they can only do a credit... However I had the first mop for 2 months and it broke and then they replaced it and the second one broke after 3 months.... So I didn't have any mop for 7 months.
Shame as the reusable pads and the environmental friendly design is great.. just can't put the bottle and cleaner in as we just have it in a different bottle and pour it on the floor and then mop. Love having a mop that doesn't work. Thanks Koh”
“I also love the products but the solution bottle in the mop leaks everywhere over time. As Emma said below It appears the solution corrodes the plastic.
Would like to know if the company is looking at a solution as I love the mop.
Also, I can not find in that I can buy a spare bottle which means the mop is useless without the bottle.
Would like feed back on how we can get replacements”
