“I bought the mop, a while ago now (2019) at first it was amazing, easy to use, solution great, then it came to re-filling the bottle.
I tried to get it out but was very stiff... it's meant to click in and apparently pull straight out-after half hour battling with it, it finally came out.
Now everytime I dread running out of solution because of the battle with removing the bottle.
I even emailed and they said, try wriggling it etc which I did do, however the holder looked like it was coming apart. Only option was for me to buy a new mop-thanks Koh!! I'm sure there's much cheaper ones on the market that won't heighten my anxiety to use it.
Anyway, I carried on going for a bit, and today, same thing, solution bottle empty, tried putting it out, to find that the screw part of the bottle has come apart...shouldn't really need that much force to remove it.”
