“Not only did my mop leak and leave pools of expensive cleaner over my floors but I only had it two weeks. My universal cleaner is almost empty due to having to fill up my mop more regularly
In the end I refuse to use it. I also refuse to buy a cleaner refil after only two weeks.. I assume there is an issue with the o rings as it leaks through the side and just pools onto of the mop head. I can't even get one area done due to it leaking straight out. Very costly disappointment”
“Koh is the greatest easiest mop ever. I love it. You just need to be careful when you are taking out the bottle. If you disturb the little plastic cover under the bottle it's a pain to fix.”
