“Am sure you have changed the formula because my floors seem to have an oily film on so when walk leaves footprints.
Have since found out that choice did a review and sadly you have added a toxic ingredient which now is higher than before so not very natural. My friends feel the formula had changed too. Not happy.”

We're really sorry you feel that way. Please note that our formula has not changed since our original launch.
Generally, the cause of streaky floors is due to spraying too much of the universal surface cleaner and what you are seeing is the residue remaining on the floor. The universal surface cleaner is a 'less is more' kind of product. Also, please ensure the mop pad is dry before you begin your clean. I often swap out my mop pad for a fresh one if I'm tackling a large surface area!

“This is my second mop as my first one leaked and I lost a lot of the cleaner in the bottle. I appreciated it was replaced with no hesitation. However after one use of my new mop the little rubber stopper in the well popped out. We had to dismantle the mop to get it back in.
I know of several other people who have had problems with the mop, mainly leaking. I don't think I got value for money and to be honest would not recommend the product to anyone.”
