“Bought my first mop - it broke. Bought a second mop & it broke. Koh sent email on how to fix but no good. Won't buy another one. Both mops only lasted 2 months”
“So I bought the bundle with the mop, cloths, sponges, etc. I will start off saying I do recommend the product to friends and family to use it but I won't recommend the mop.
I'm not the tallest lad around (6ft) but i find the mop too short that after cleaning my floors I get a sore back due to height issues. Also the handle at the point where there are screws has sheered and is loose after a couple of months of using it (it is currently duct taped together). for a product they're selling of upwards $100 it is clearly not worth the investment.
But as said earlier all other products are great.”
