“It's a bit hard to review something I've had to replace( at a cost) that I had only had for 2 years. And only just bought knew products about a month before. Happy to pay for replacement? Not really.”
“I left a negative review on this product. Julia from Koh emailed me with suggestions of how to use the mop, implying that it was my problem and not theirs, and then deleted my review. I will not use Koh again.”
“I love the mop on most floor surfaces, although I rented a house with a mat floor tile once and it left a film, so used a different one at that house. My only grievance with it is that the black washer form inside the bottle lid stretched and broke and they want me to buy a whole new bottle instead of supplying a new washer. I still can use it but never hold it upside down or it leaks. Its great for those small spills or drips when you don't want to get the whole mop out and its great for my outdoor tiled area so I don't need to get the hose out anymore.”
“This mop is a joke. The product sprays directly from the tank onto the floor and the cleaning power is not sufficient enough to lift marks. The mop is too flimsy to apply enough pressure to clean spots on the floor, and the microfibre cloths just push the liquid around, so it's not even effective between mops to keep the worst of the mess at bay. The prices Koh charge for their products are insulting, but this takes the cake. I am shocked that there are people who think that this is an effective floor cleaner or a fair purchase. I would give it 0 stars if I could.”
