“My second mop, both leaked! I honestly thought it was my fault so l bought another one. I followed the instructions, worked great the first time. Second time it leaked when swivelled. I checked it to make sure that the bottle lid was put on properly and tight enough but leaked. Very disappointing because I recommend your company to a lot of people all ready.”
“Second one purchased after about 7 years of the old one. The liquid dispenser became very hard to remove. Too hard for my aging hands.
The new one is easier but still not great to remove for refill unfortunately.”
