“I was reluctant to try this because,as a mum of young children (as well as teenage boys -my washing is all kinds of gross/smelly.
(Was mostly concerned about the urine smell not coming out of the sheets) but my lovely friend suprised me with a laundry starter pack,and HOLY CRAP ITS AMAZING!!! it actually works a lot better than what I using before (usually "cold power" "radiant" or "dynamo")
Will definitely buy more when it runs out!”
“It's fine for clothes but no good for washing anything that has an odour - eg towels that have been left damp or dog jackets/bedding. Even washing twice and using extra pumps left a slight smell, and it was then spread to other items washed in the same load. I have returned to using an alternative non-scented detergent, which cleans "smelly" items much better.”
“It would be nice if the boxes arrived intact! Unfortunately this is the 2nd time my order was damaged. The boxes were crushed and unsightly.
This wasn't an Australia Post issue as the external box was in perfect condition.
I got in touch with Koh and they stated in their abrupt email "the condition of the boxes shouldn't affect the performance of the products" !!!
How assuming the products ordered were for myself!! Some of us put care packages together for those that can't get out to shop for themselves!!
