“The laundry liquid is great (5 stars), does the job with just a small amount. The pump dispenser bottle is not so great (1 star), the laundry liquid is too "thin" for the pump so it leaks/drips. So "in the middle" 3 stars for the kit.”
“Have been buying Koh products since the beginning and cannot fault their products. We recently ran out of the store bought stain remover but hated all the chemicals inside. We have now replaced it with the laundry liquid. We have used it once so far and it has removed most stains though had to rewash a white t shirt as it had dried in paw print stains…”
“I hate to say it because I am singing your praises to everyone and I’m probably one of your most loyal and long standing customers, but I am unimpressed with your laundry products. Firstly, both times I’ve opened the container, a large amount splashed out (maybe because it’s so ‘thin’. Secondly, my clothes did not smell fresh or clean at all so I increased it to 6-7 pumps. As a result, we have almost used the entire bag already. I also had to put one sweatshirt through 3 washes to get a stain out.
It’s a no go for us. In fact we have switched before completing the container! I never thought I would take the time to write a review on laundry detergent, but you have an excellent line of products and need to know because I am sure you can do better.”
