“Unfortunately, when I filled and connected the new bottle to the mop it still leaked.
I love the KOH SYSTEM but really upset that I now have to put the mop under the refill box to wet it before I can clean the floor..
I am on a disability pension and it is simply out of reach to buy a new system.
Of course, I would be forever grateful if you were ( in your generosity) to replace the mop and bottle for me... I am 82 years of age .
