“Unfortunately, my mop bottle from first usage has leaked. As it was leaking a lot I checked that the top had been screwed correctly and that the bottle was sealed in position, all to no avail. Very disappointed.”
“No shipping information no tracking information nothing sent by email, contacted “customer service” well that what they call it and was told I was I a cue they could tell me I was in said cue but not help me with anything else or with tracking. Went to the local Post Office to find it’d been sitting there for over a week. Product might be great but the customer service is absolutely horrendous.. wouldn’t buy from them again! 100% disappointed..”
“While the theory is good, the plastic used for the bottle is too thin and fragile where it is held by the clips on the main body. Therefore after removing and reinserting the bottle (after filling) a number of times, the bottle wears and cracks. Hence the reason for having to buy a new bottle. I filed back the clips to prevent this, but have now intoduced a new problem of the bottle not staying tight within the unit.”
