“Our original mop bottle, although not mistreated developed a 2 - 3cm crack at the bottom of the bottle near the 'plug'. As a result when the mop was hung following use , cleaning liquid leaked out and disappeared.
We sent a photo of the faulty bottle to Koh and it was replaced at no cost without delay. A very pleasant customer experience.”
“I purchased a replacement mop bottle as my old one had melted/ warped when I put very hot water in it -obviously the plastic is not redesigned for that ! The new one doesn’t work - possibly I might have damaged the spray attachment of the mop when I attempted to put the slightly warped one in ? Not sure what to do ?”
