“My KOH mop was leaking water and I was considering buying a replacement, but I sent an email to the KOH team explaining the problem. They sent me a couple of possible causes with pictures. It seemed I had lost the Silicon Cap. I asked if I could purchase a replacement. These are not available to purchase, but the team kindly sent me FREE of charge a replacement cap, with picture instructions of how to replace it. Problem solved. Thank you very much KOH team. Brilliant service.”
