“I will continue to purchase this product, not all items work for me but the universal cleaner is great. Shame that they don't give the customer much credit for being intelligent - they have kept the price the same but the refill pack is now 1kg smaller. Did they think we wouldn't notice? I get that price increases are inevitable, but there's no need to be sneaky about it. Like I said, I will continue to buy the product, but have only given 4 stars because of this. Also find the dishwashing tablets don't clean as well for me.”
