For deep layered grime, we recommend leaving the solution to soak for a few minutes prior to scrubbing away with our diamond sponge!

We sometimes see this with customers using our product for the first time. Generally, the main cause for this is that people have been spraying too much of the universal surface cleaner and what you are seeing is the residue remaining on the surface of the glass. The universal surface cleaner takes a 'less is more' approach.
Also, please ensure the microfibre cloth is dry as a wet cloth will not work well and spread the solution around rather than soak it up!
