We're disappointed to hear you haven't had the same experience as many of our other customers. Were there any areas in particular you were not seeing the desired results?

The three key steps critical to ensure great results are:
Use a dry Koh Cloth and apply Koh Universal Cleaner to a relatively dry surface ie: not a shower area that has just been used for a shower. Cleaning in watery areas dilutes Koh’s efficacy.
For medium soiled surfaces such as a greasy stove top or range hood, apply the solution and wait between 2-3 minutes to allow breakdown of fats to enable an easier more effective clean as you wipe away.
For really tough jobs such as baked on fats on an oven door and soap scum in the shower, you should look to incorporate our Koh Diamond Sponge. Simply apply solution direct to the sponge as well as the surface you intend to clean (wait for 2-3 minutes) and gently begin to rub in a discrete area. This should remove most levels of grime. However, it is important to ensure the surface is not prone to micro-abrasions. Most glass is ok but not all. Also please avoid stainless steel, plastics and other surfaces prone to scratching.

“It does work a bit but not like magically remove all spots and dirts for majority of surface. Specifically it does not work for glass that is whay i have noticed.”

Thank you for your feedback and i'm sorry you haven't experienced the wow factor our other customers have reported.
Lets try get you back on track! For stains, simply spray onto the soiled area, leave for a few minutes and wash off with a clean damp cloth. Repeat these steps as necessary until stain is removed.
For glass, we recommend a modest spray and a 'less is more' approach for best results. Also ensure you are using the white cloth designed for glass and spraying onto a dry surface and that the Koh cloth is also dry, as a wet cloth will not work as well and spread the solution around rather than soak it up.
