“I like the cloths, the spray bottle is great, the actual koh liquid was great for the windows seals etc and windows, however wouldn't recommend for wet used areas as it wont stop mould growing. The diamond sponge is good i didn't think it was just sandpaper on a sponge though. It's ok for general cleaning but not deep cleans like ovens and the like.”

Mould can be tricky to tackle and often requires the underlying environmental causes to be addressed. However, Koh Universal Cleaner can be used to effectively remove mould spores from hard surfaces, but unfortunately not remove it permanently.
I'm sorry you aren't experiencing the desired results from our diamond sponge, we recommend having a browse through the instructional videos if you haven't already: https://koh.com/pages/get-started. Further, here are some steps to help with deep cleaning: For medium soiled surfaces such as a greasy stove top or range hood, apply the solution and wait between 2-3 minutes to allow breakdown of fats to enable an easier more effective clean as you wipe away.
For really tough jobs such as baked on fats on an oven door and soap scum in the shower, you should look to incorporate our Koh Diamond Sponge. Simply apply solution direct to the sponge as well as the surface you intend to clean (wait for 2-3 minutes) and gently begin to rub in a discrete area. This should remove most levels of grime. However, it is important to ensure the surface is not prone to micro-abrasions. Most glass is ok but not all. Also please avoid stainless steel, plastics and other surfaces prone to scratching.
