Vanilla Bean is delicius, high in protein (20 grams for 11 oz,) low in sugar, dairy free, and not heavy. Best source of added protein I've found, yet. LOVE IT!!

Cacao Bean is my go-to Koia. the consistancy is perfect [feels like a shake and not chocolate milk] and the flavor is right on. Finally, the fiber and nutrients are important to me. This is the basis of my dily breakfast. Yum.
