“So far with two days of use. 1 with the classic and 1 with the active I'm pretty pleased. While I haven't had a full blown panic attack I have had moments where my anxiety kicked in and then my mind would spiral from there. Having this so close actually helped. The reasons it's not 5 stars. Each day someone thought it was a whistle. The chain on the classic gold doesn't really look as high quality as I would've liked. It's got a brass undertone. It also could be a touch longer. But all that said it does what I hoped it would.”
