“The shift has a really pretty design and looks great around my neck, it has helped me slow down my breathing a lot. If I use it at night it really helps me easily breathe my stresses away and makes it very easy to fall asleep. If you struggle with anxiety that makes your heart race and it’s hard for you to breathe I really recommend this product. I absolutely love it!”

It didn’t ship until 2 days later, and it probably ONLY shipped because I Direct Messaged them NUMEROUS TIMES about the delay. (If I spend 100 dollars with you I expect respect and fast customer service)
BUT I digress, The product is amazing, it works by focusing on your breathing and exhalation patterns to hardwire your body to release the “relaxation” chemicals.
HOWEVER…...
I tried to ask about the Gold option, as I wanted to get one for my mother….
But the great people over at KOMUSO like to READ my messages and NEVER RESPOND because “asking about my order” is a unacceptable I guess.
I would buy again, but not through Komuso. Put it back on Amazon if customer service is such a hard concept for you to grasp :l
