“I never thought I would enjoy something as much as I do the Shift. It has helped me to slow myself down and relax and the end of a long day. It is also great to use when I get stressed. I can feel my breathing slowing down. On another note, my breathing out through the Shift must give offs certain sound that does something to my cat. When I start to use the Shift I notice my cat will come to me from anywhere I the house and lay down beside me while I use the shift. I like that because he also helps me relax.”

“Funny how such a small tool can help you so much. It's a reminder to breathe. All too often in the midst of my day I'd find that I was holding my breath.
