“I have SEVERE panic/anxiety disorders. On a brain scan, it shows that my brain is covered by almost HALF of the “fight or flight mode”, when it should be the size of a nut for any normal human. I’m prescribed two of the strongest, highest dosage anxiety medications due to this. I even have a pretty cool “Just Breathe” tattoo covering up my whole forearm, as a reminder to JUST. BREATHE. I have panic attacks where my BPM will go up to 200+ for hours and hours. I’ve never been able to do deep breathing exercises for some reason.
