“I purchased one of these for my son and one for my daughter-in-law for Christmas, and my daughter (an RN who knew the science behind it without being told) wanted one as soon as she saw them so I gave her. They all love them and my son, who has some significant anxiety issues, says it's really helped him. I then had to buy another one for myself.
