I highly recommend this necklace to anyone who wants to feel healthy and alive! When I get anxious I forget to breathe. This necklace feels like an oxygen mask! I feel so much calmer after a few breaths. It’s also a really beautiful design and I love wearing it! I have it with me at all times so I am reminded to take a breath and that grounds me. Thank you!!

I've been looking into this for over a year and love it. Pink is my favorite color so that's why I opted for rose gold. Meditation is something that I've been incorporating into my daily routine. Breathing is a part of that.

Our breath is what initiates the relaxation response. When we feel anxious controlling our breath is the most difficult thing. I have found my solution. ✔️ I was skeptical, as I have tried breath work, with some results but never consistent relief. The first time I used it as directed, I felt calm, focused and surprised this was the solution for me every time. Give it a go, the results are priceless.

Over here in Europe we have been hit hard with both the Covid virus and the Covid panic. Other than taking the reasonable precautions, there is not that much one individual can do about the "virus". However, the Covid "panic" is almost entirely in our individual hands. We can make a huge difference in our own lives, the lives of our loved ones, and society if we choose to remain calm rather than panic.
