“Immediately helpful for my anxiety. I have issues with this, depression, addiction and grief. Am using it mostly as a physical reminder to tone things down by myself, and to not immediately rely on external stimulation for this. Maybe a soft rubber tip on the Shift would be helpful, as I find myself biting on it… so according to my dentist I need to avoid this. However… 4.5/5.”
