Also, don’t let the size surprise/deter you. I’ve found the size convenient to wear and the weight helps remind me of substance and aids in centering.

“Hi! I got my Shift earlier this month. So far, it's been helpful with my anxiety disorders (mainly social, generalized, & health anxiety). Often times in anxious situations, I forget to breath. And when I mean breath, I forget to go on a slow breathing cycle to calm myself down. It's simply the last thing I think about, or it's rather easier said than done sometimes.
Having the Shift around my neck reminds me to just breath in that normal cycle. It also allows me to feel more comfortable, because if I need it, or I need to just breath, it's already around my neck so I don't need to do much worrying. For me, the Shift helps me get back on that normal breathing cycle, and it takes around five inhales and exhales through the Shift to start it's magic.
It's not a miracle, but it's a lesson, a technique that we often forget in life. But yeah, totally try it out. If it doesn't work for you, keep trying! There's a guide that you get, make sure you read it. It won't work instantly, it takes time to slow your breath depending on how anxious you are. Totally worth a try though, it's helpful!”
