“One thing the effects me when I get panicky it anxious is I try and force myself to take too full of inhales and when I can’t successfully take a giant inhale it creates more anxiety. The Shift has trained me to take not such a large inhale, but larger exhales. By doing so my inhales are smoother and breathing is in more control.
