“I was a bit hesitant with the function of this necklace because of course you don't need this tool to do breathing exercises, but, with that said, I do find the sound of exhaling through it quite calming. I mainly purchased this as a piece of jewelry because it looks very nice. I'm not so sure there needs to be a "woman" and "man" version, you should just be able to select the color of the pendant and which chain you want. I bought the "woman" version because I liked the style of the chain better and I'm very happy with it. The chain feels a bit fragile but so far I've had no problem at all with it.”
