“I can’t really admit if it’s actually worth the $100 price tag, but if you have the money it’s definitely a great tool to have. I thought it was a bit gimmicky at first but it really really does help me breathe and remember to breathe. Sometimes I’ll just do it mindlessly in the car or sitting on the couch at home. It takes the calculations and thoughts out of breathing deeply. It just lets you do it. Now I can even do it without using the shift and still get the perfect airflow out.
I wish I could do it more at work, as I originally intended, but because of the mask situation I can’t. But it’s nice to take a few minutes outside. I highly recommend. It’s beautiful, well made, and quite a few people have asked me about the peculiar necklace.”
